Low Carbohydrates Food – PrimaFacie, taking carbs has its advantages and disadvantages. These are the primary source of fuel to our body. It solely depends on someone’s goal; whether he/she wants to lose fat and whether they want to gain muscle mass. If someone wants to gain muscle mass, then he/she can take double the amount of carbs then the protein and vice versa. Now, the carbs are of two types:

You can also add oils to your diet. These should be in minimal amount. These are also helpful for our body, even more, useful during low carb diet. Some of the oils like Olive oil, coconut oil, butter, codfish liver oil. These are rich in fats and low in carbs.

The food items that we are going to list here should not be taken. These are strictly prohibited in low carb diet. Wheat, seed oils, sugar, trans-fats, beer, alcohol.

So, In a nutshell, I would like to end this article by some personal suggestion. In low carb diet, please make sure that you must eat double the amount of fats to provide energy to the body.
